Refund Policy

Can I return my order?

WINAWEIGHT will only accept returns for exchange or refund if the products are unused and returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. No exchanges or refunds will be issued for products returned in opened or damaged packaging.

WINAWEIGHT does not accept returns or exchanges for items on sale.

For eligible refunds, WINAWEIGHT will refund the purchase cost of the product(s), less shipping and handling fees, within 7 business days.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse. If your returned order is lost in transit and there is no tracking available, Winaweight cannot be held responsible for the return and may be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Can I arrange an exchange or refund after returning my order?

Once your product has been returned to our warehouse, we will notify you by email to discuss your options for receiving an exchange or a refund.


Products not conforming to the order or defective

If you received a product different from the one you ordered, or a damaged or defective product, please provide us with details (including a photo) within 14 days of receipt. We will check if an exchange is possible and give you the necessary instructions. To do so, please include your order confirmation number in the subject line of your email so we can easily locate your order and process your request quickly.

Missing items
